Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Chicken breast
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Black olives chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • Olive oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing olive chicken, first marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, 1 tsp garlic paste and little olive oil. Set aside for 1/2 hour.
  • Pour little oil in pan, add chicken pieces and fry till golden brown color.
  • When done, keep pieces aside.
  • In same oil, add onion, garlic paste and fry it.
  • Add tomatoes and cover with lid for 2 minutes to soften the tomato.
  • Add chilly powder, olives and pepper.
  • Keep the chicken on top.
  • Pour little water on sides. Cover well and cook chicken in low flame for 10 minutes.
  • When done, chicken should be well coated with gravy.
  • Olive chicken is ready.
