Instructions
  1. For preparing olive chicken, first marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, 1 tsp garlic paste and little olive oil. Set aside for 1/2 hour.
  2. Pour little oil in pan, add chicken pieces and fry till golden brown color.
  3. When done, keep pieces aside.
  4. In same oil, add onion, garlic paste and fry it.
  5. Add tomatoes and cover with lid for 2 minutes to soften the tomato.
  6. Add chilly powder, olives and pepper.
  7. Keep the chicken on top.
  8. Pour little water on sides. Cover well and cook chicken in low flame for 10 minutes.
  9. When done, chicken should be well coated with gravy.
  10. Olive chicken is ready.
