  • Celery(chopped) - 1 stalk
  • Pepper powder(A pinch) -
  • olive oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing olive salad, mix together all the ingredients: chopped olives, garlic, carrot, celery, oregano, pepper powder, olive oil and red wine vinegar. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Serve olive salad chilled. You can also top a buttered slice with olive mixture and serve as sandwich.
