Instructions
  1. Mix the rice flour and gram flour with the chilly powder, asafoetida, omam, salt and butter.
  2. Apply water and make it into dough.
  3. Fill it in the vessel and press it and fry them in oil.
  4. Turn sides and fry, stain the excess oil and serve hot.
