Ingredients
  

  • Omam (Black Onion Seed) : 2 tsp
  • Gram flour : 100 gm
  • Rice flour : 100 gm
  • Chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Butter : as needed
  • Asafoetida : as needed
  • Salt : as needed
  • Oil : for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix the rice flour and gram flour with the chilly powder, asafoetida, omam, salt and butter.
  • Apply water and make it into dough.
  • Fill it in the vessel and press it and fry them in oil.
  • Turn sides and fry, stain the excess oil and serve hot.
