Instructions
  1. Whisk the egg with chopped onion,tomato, green chilly and salt as required.
  2. Heat ghee on a tawa and cook both sides of parotta for one minute.
  3. Pour the egg mixture on its top and cook for few minutes in low flame.
  4. Turn the parotta and cook again for one minute in low flame.
  5. Tasty and crispy omelette parotta is ready now.
