Ingredients
  

For preparing omelette:-

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 nos Eggs beaten
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • Black pepper As reqd, freshly ground

For filling:-

  • 20 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Ginger freshly grated
  • 3 tbsp Bean sprouts chopped
  • 3 tbsp Chives finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • For preparing omelette filling, melt the butter in a pan.
  • Add grated ginger, chives and bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes. Remove cooked ingredients from the pan and keep aside.
  • For making omelette, first whisk together eggs, water and ground pepper.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and tilt sideways so the base is filled. Cook in medium heat.
  • Place the omelette filling on top of the omelette.
  • Draw the edges of the omelette with a fork and fold in half.
  • Omelette with bean sprouts is ready and serve hot.
