  • garlic - 10 flakes
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 string
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt(As per taste) -
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Cooked rice - 1.5 cup
  • Oil - 3 tsp

Instructions
  1. In a pan add oil and temper mustard, urad dal, curry leaves.
  2. Add shallots and garlic saute well.
  3. Now add salt, turmeric, red chilly powder.
  4. Mix well in heat turn into low flame and add rice mix well rest for 5 mins low flame.
  5. Now the Onion Garlic Rice is ready to serve.
