Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan or a kadai.
  2. Splutter mustard seeds and black gram.
  3. Fry small onions till it becomes soft.
  4. Add some salt and chilly powder.
  5. Add water to it followed by the puli paste and jaggery and keep it on a low flame and wait till it cooks out well with good smell.
  6. Transfer it to a bowl.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. :- You can have onion raita as a side dish for this.
