Ingredients: 1 no Onion (big); 1 no Tomato (medium); 1 no Garlic pod; 1 tbsp Bengal gram dal (Kadala parippu); 1 tsp Black gram (Uzhunnu); Curry leaves (A few); Salt (As reqd); Coconut oil (As reqd)

Ingredients

1 no Onion big
1 no Tomato medium
1 no Garlic pod
1 tbsp Bengal gram dal Kadala parippu
1 tsp Black gram Uzhunnu
Curry leaves A few
Salt As reqd
Coconut oil As reqd

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan.
Add bengal gram dal, black gram, curry leaves and garlic and fry for some time.
Add onion, tomato and salt.
Saute till onion becomes soft and golden and tomatoes are cooked well.
Grind all the ingredients together.
:- Serve with hot dosas.
