  • Salted biscuits(powdered) - 60 g
  • Butter - 2 dsp
  • Egg - 1 no
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Onion(minced) - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Green chillies(chopped) - 1 no
  • Pepper(powdered) - 1/2 tsp
  • Cheese(grated) - 3 dsp

Instructions
  1. Cook the fish in a little water with ginger, chopped green chillies, a few drops of vinegar and required salt. Cool and flake the fish into big pieces.
  2. Take a bowl and put the fish flakes. Add butter and biscuit crumbs. Mix gently and put the fish mixture into a pie dish. Press down firmly.
  3. Bake the above mixture at 375 degree for 6 minutes.
  4. Whisk the egg lightly and add minced onion, cheese, pepper and milk. Mix together and spread over the baked fish mixture. Sprinkle some biscuit crumbs on top. Bake till firm.
  5. Yummy fish pie is ready and serve hot.
