Instructions
  1. For preparing Oven Fried Potatoes, first preheat oven to 425ªF.
  2. Cover potatoes with cold water in a bowl. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and pat dry.
  3. Coat a baking pan with olive oil. Add sliced potatoes and toss with melted butter, salt and sprinkle pepper powder for flavor and taste.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn potatoes with a spatula and bake another 15 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
