Instructions
  1. saute onions,tomatoes and ginger garlic and grind to a smooth paste.
  2. chop the mushrooms
  3. heat oil add mustard curry leaves cumin seeds and the ground paste and all the spices
  4. add the mushrooms
  5. add water to this and cook till oil separates
  6. serve with rotis and parathas.
