  • Oyster sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Lime juice(or use vinegar) - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with a mixture of soya sauce, oyster sauce, lime juice, pepper and required salt.
  2. Keep the marinated chicken pieces in the refrigerator for 2 days.
  3. Put oil in a frying pan and when its hot put the chicken pieces and fry in low fire until brown. Serve hot.
