Paal kozhukkatta is my husband's favourite dessert made with rice flour and coconut milk.Its a super delicious dessert which is cooked in thick coconut milk and its very easy to prepare.

  • Take a bowl add rice flour ,salt and water to make a dough..
  • Make small gooseberry size balls and make a press on it.steam cook it for 20-25 minutes.
  • Take all the ingredients for paal kozhukkatta.
  • Grind the coconut with 1/4 cup water and strain it to get thick coconut milk.
  • Boil the coconut milk with sugar and crushed cardamom.
  • When it start boil,add steamed rice coins.
  • Cook till it becomes thick.
  • Now tasty paal kozhukkatta is ready.
