Paal kozhukkatta is my husband's favourite dessert made with rice flour and coconut milk.Its a super delicious dessert which is cooked in thick coconut milk and its very easy to prepare.

Instructions
  1. Take a bowl add rice flour ,salt and water to make a dough..
  2. Make small gooseberry size balls and make a press on it.steam cook it for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Take all the ingredients for paal kozhukkatta.
  4. Grind the coconut with 1/4 cup water and strain it to get thick coconut milk.
  5. Boil the coconut milk with sugar and crushed cardamom.
  6. When it start boil,add steamed rice coins.
  7. Cook till it becomes thick.
  8. Now tasty paal kozhukkatta is ready.
