  • In a bowl, mix ingredients 1 to 3 and whisk thoroughly and make a liquid batter(paalappam batter consistency).
  • Use non stick paalappam chatti and pour a spoonful of batter and spread it, by twisting the chatti with hands.
  • Do not cover the chatti.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes,until it gets cooked well.
  • Spread a little ghee on the top.
  • Spread a little sugar on the top.
  • Roll it.
  • Make one by one using the above method.
  • :- Serve warm.

    thanks for the recipe. came out same as my mum make at home . thanks again .keep posting recipe, it`s great help like us who are away from home
