Instructions
  1. Boil the paalak leaves with a little water and keep that aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onion and chillies and fry them for a few mins.
  4. Once fried, mix it with the boiled spinach.
  5. Grind them together adding salt and milk.
  6. :- Serve with hot steamed rice or Dosa.
