    Tried this recipe.For the first time my palak and dal curry tasted so good.What happened is..after cooking I kept my cooker on low fire and forgot to turn off.when i came back to kitchen..3/4 of the water got evaporated and it looked like a thick erissery and for my surprise it tasted really really good.I was really searching for a tasty palak recipe.Thank you ambili and do share more recipes.
