Ingredients

Paalak
cleaned, washed and pressure cooked
200
gm
Paneer
diced and fried in
oil
until golden in color
2
nos
Onions
finely chopped, small
1
no
Ripe
tomato
diced
4
nos
Garlic
pods
½
inch
Ginger
2
nos
Green chillies
1
tsp
Cumin seeds
Jeerakam
Salt
As reqd
1/4
tsp
Sugar
Oil
Instructions
Grind together cooked paalak,
garlic
pods,
ginger
piece and
green chillies
with very little
water
.
Heat
oil
in a kadai.
Add the
cumin seeds
and after a few seconds, add the chopped
onion
.
Once they turn transparent, add the diced tomatoes.
Once the tomatoes turn pulpy, add the ground paste, fried paneer,
salt
to taste and
sugar
.
Once the paneer becomes soft and you get nice aroma, switch off the stove.
:- Serve with chappathis.
