Instructions
  1. For preparing pacha kurumulaku mathi curry, crush pepper, onion, dry chillies, ginger, garlic and turmeric.
  2. Heat oil in a clay pot, splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek and curry leaves.
  3. Add the crushed onion in it and fry.
  4. Add gambooge and little water. Add fish pieces, cover and cook.
  5. When fish is done, remove from flame and pour 2 tsp coconut oil on top.
  6. Pacha kurumulaku mathi curry is ready.
