Instructions
  1. Clean and wash the fish nicely with running water.make some gashes on each sides.take all the ingredients and keep aside.
  2. Make a fine paste of green peppercorn,curry leaves,ginger&garlic
  3. Apply the masala paste,turmeric powder and salt on fish.keep it for 10 minutes in refrigerator
  4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the each sides of fish
  5. Once crisp remove from heat and transfer it into a serving plate.serve hot Mathi Fry in pacha kurumulakku with rice & enjoy!
