Instructions
  1. For preparing Pacha Thakkali Ulli Thoran, finely chop the tomatoes, green chillies and small onions.
  2. Mix together the above with grated coconut, turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds and saute dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  5. Add the tomato-coconut mixture and mix well.
  6. Cover and cook on a low flame.
  7. When it gets cooked, remove the lid and continue to cook, till done.
  8. Pacha Thakkali Ulli Thoran is ready.
