Instructions
  1. For preparing Pacha Meen Porichathu, first clean the fish well and cut them into big pieces.
  2. Make slits all over them with a sharp knife.
  3. Grind together all the powders along with onions into a fine paste.
  4. Marinate the fish pieces with the above paste.
  5. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  6. Add the fish pieces and fry till one side is cooked.
  7. Flip the side and fry till done.
