  • For preparing the traditional styled dish, first clean the fish well and cut them into big pieces.
  • Make slits all over them with a sharp knife.
  • Grind together all the powders along with onions into a fine paste.
  • Marinate the fish pieces with the above paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add the fish pieces and fry till one side is cooked.
  • Flip the side and fry till done.
  • Enjoy the dish with your noon day meal.
