Green chilly

Chilly powder

tsp
Turmeric powder
Salt
as required

Red dry chilly

tsp
Mustard

tbsp
Oil
Water
as required
Curry leaves
as required

Grinded
coconut
2
shallots
¼
tsp
turmeric
powder
water
required
Curry leaves
as required
Instructions
Cut the padavalam in to small pieces.
Cook it with cleaned thuvara parippu,
onion
,
tomato
, green chilly,
salt
, red chilly powder,
turmeric powder
and
water
as required.
Mash it with a wooden spoon.
Grind
coconut
1 cup with 2 shallots and ¼ tsp
turmeric
powder and
water
as required Add grinded
coconut
and
curry leaves
.
Heat
oil
in a vessel and sauté red dry chilly and mustard in it.
Mix it with curry and again cook it for 3-5 minutes
