  • Mustard : 1 tsp -
  • Daal half cup -
  • Dried red chilli 2 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -

Instructions
  1. cut snake gourd in to small pieces and clean it well
  2. take little of daal and clean it well
  3. heat a pan and pour oil when its hot
  4. put mustard to it when oil gets hot
  5. when the mustard splutters pour the green chilly ,onion ,and curry leaves to it
  6. stir well and add dried red chilly powder to it.
  7. then add the daal or parippu to it and stir well
  8. then add snake gourd and salt
  9. stir well and close the pan
  10. cook for 10 to 15 minute and add water if needed.
  11. when the dish is ready
  12. transfer to the serving dish .
