Instructions
  1. Soak rice and dal separately for 6 hrs.
  2. Grind it into a fine paste and keep it overnight for fermentation.
  3. Before preparing the paddu, add salt and a pinch of baking soda into the batter and mix well.
  4. Heat the chatti and grease it with oil.
  5. Pour in a spoonful of batter into each section.
  6. Wait till both the sides are cooked well and slight brown in colour.
  7. :- Serve it hot with chutney of your choice or sauce.
