Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a biriyani handi and add cinnamon, cloves,bayleaves, cardamom and shahijeera.
  2. Add chilli paste to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves,mint leaves,onions and tomatoes.
  4. Add palak,to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add fried potatoes to this and stir continuously.
  6. Add yogurt and salt and turmeric powder to this and stir all together.
  7. Saute this mix for 2 minutes.Cook in a slow flame.
  8. Add little rice over potato masala .
  9. Then add potato layer and fried onions layer.
  10. Next add rice layer.
  11. Next fry cashew and kissmiss keep it aside.
  12. Put ghee , fried onions and fried cashew and kissmiss on the top of rice.
  13. Put the lid and do not cook directly over flame.First put tawa on the flame then put the biriyani handi cook for 5 minutes in slow flame.
  14. Now hot palak aloo biriyani is ready to serve.
