Instructions
For preparing palak buttermilk curry, cook the ingredients: palak, pepper,
turmeric
, chilly powder, adding required
water
and
salt
.
Grind
coconut
,
onion
,
green chillies
and
cumin seeds
.
Mix it with palak. Add buttermilk and boil the curry.
Splutter
mustard seeds
,
fenugreek seeds
and dry
red chillies
in
oil
.
Pour it over the gravy and serve hot.
Palak buttermilk curry is ready.
