Palak Dal Curry

this is good and healthy recipe. we can serve with idly , roti and rice. its goes well. both dal and palak is fiber and protein

Ingredients
  

  • 1 to Palak
  • 1/2 cup Boil dal
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 Red chili
  • Asafeotida pinch
  • 1/2 tsp Urad dal
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Salt s per taste
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Water to sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cut palak and keep side
  • In pan add oil and temper mustard, urad dal, asafeotida
  • Now add onion and red chili and saute
  • Now add chopped greens and mix well
  • Now sprinkle water and add salt cook well
  • Now add dal and mix well and cook for 3 minutes and turn off
  • Now its ready to serve Palak Dal Curry
