1 bunch Palak2 Onion1 Tomato4 Green Chiliy5 Garlic1 small Ginger1 cup Masoor Dal1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Chilly Powder1 tsp Garam MasalaSalt (to taste)1 tbsp Oilcoriander leaves (few) Chop Palak, Onion, Tomato, green chilly, garlic and ginger in to small pieces.Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic and chillies and fry for 2 minutes.Add onion and fry for 5 minutes.Add tomato and palak.Add turmeric, chilly & garam masala powder and salt.Close the pan with a lid and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.Add cooked masoor dal to it.:- Stir well and Garnish with coriander leaves.
