  • Chop Palak, Onion, Tomato, green chilly, garlic and ginger in to small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic and chillies and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add onion and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add tomato and palak.
  • Add turmeric, chilly & garam masala powder and salt.
  • Close the pan with a lid and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Add cooked masoor dal to it.
  • :- Stir well and Garnish with coriander leaves.
