Nutritious palak curry

Ingredients

Palak

Onion
1
Tomato
4
Green Chiliy

Garlic
1
small
Ginger
1
cup
Masoor Dal
1/4
tsp
Turmeric powder
1
tsp
Chilly Powder
1
tsp
Garam Masala
Salt
to taste
1
tbsp
Oil
coriander leaves
few
Instructions
Chop Palak,
Onion
,
Tomato
, green chilly,
garlic
and
ginger
in to small pieces.
Heat
oil
in a pan and add
ginger
,
garlic
and chillies and fry for 2 minutes.
Add
onion
and fry for 5 minutes.
Add
tomato
and palak.
Add
turmeric
, chilly & garam masala powder and
salt
.
Close the pan with a lid and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.
Add cooked masoor dal to it.
:- Stir well and Garnish with coriander leaves.
