250g or Palak (finely chopped)2 nos Eggs1 tsp Mustard seeds2 springs Curry leaves1/2 tsp Red chilly powderTurmeric powder (A pinch)Oil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) For preparing palak egg thoran, heat oil in a vessel and splutter the mustard seeds. Add curry leaves and red chilly powder. Then add chopped palak, salt and turmeric powder. Do not put the lid and allow it to cook till it becomes dry on low flame.Break the eggs and add it into the palak. Mix it continuously for 5 minutes.Palak egg thoran is ready.
