Instructions
  1. For preparing palak egg thoran, heat oil in a vessel and splutter the mustard seeds.
  2. Add curry leaves and red chilly powder.
  3. Then add chopped palak, salt and turmeric powder. Do not put the lid and allow it to cook till it becomes dry on low flame.
  4. Break the eggs and add it into the palak. Mix it continuously for 5 minutes.
  5. Palak egg thoran is ready. Serve with chapatti or as a side dish for rice.
