These palak idli fries are awesome made with left over idlies. These are soft, less spicy and ideal for kids. This dish contains the whole goodness of palak in small cubes of idli and this looks very attractive and serves to be an energetic recipe. The boiled palak paste is been added to the essence of onion ,tomato, and gingergarlic paste. The first aroma comes from sauteing cumin seeds in ghee and this enhances the rich taste of palak. just spice it up with little red chilli powder and salt
