Instructions
  1. For preparing palak paneer with potato, first boil chopped palak and grind it into paste with 1 green chilly.
  2. Keep it aside.
  3. Mash the potato and keep aside.
  4. In a frying pan pour 1 tbsp oil and fry paneer cubes in it.
  5. Drain from oil and keep aside.
  6. In the same oil add little butter and fry onion.
  7. Add garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, tomato and saute well.
  8. Add little salt and saute well.
  9. Now add the mashed potato and mix well.
  10. Add little water to make a semi thick gravy.
  11. Add the palak paste and mix well.
  12. Before changing the palak color, add paneer cubes and fenugreek leaves above.
  13. Add pepper above. Remove from flame when paneer pieces are done.
  14. Serve with butter on top.
  15. Paneer palak with potato is ready.
