Palak Peas Gravy

Palak peas gravy is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Side Dish.This is an aromatic Kashmiri vegetable flavoured with an unusual combination of spices.Spinach and fresh green peas in a spicy, soupy curry goes well with roti and pulaos. Instructions
  1. in butter add fresh peas and saute it.
  2. to this add red chilli powder ,cumin powder, coriander powder , turmeric and salt.
  3. separately saute palak , tomatoes ginger garlic paste and grind it finely.
  4. add this paste to the gravy
  5. when cooked add garam masala and aumchur powder to it.
  6. finally add fresh cream and serve.
