Palak Pulao

Palak pulao is a quick and easy made recipe just perfect for kids lunch boxes. This is a healthy and delicious dish made using spinach and mild spices. This pulao is is made with basmathi rice which gives the aroma for the rice. The spices are sauted in oil along with onion and chilli then we add rice . when the rice half cooked we add palak to it and cook further. Thats how the recipe is done.

Instructions
  1. heat oil saute bay leaf, cinnamon, clove with onions and green chilli
  2. add two glasses water and salt
  3. add soaked rice to it
  4. when the rice levels up with water add the chopped palak to it
  5. cover lid and cook 5 mins.and turn off
