Instructions
  1. Clean and wash the Spinach and then grind it well.
  2. Put the grinded Spinach into a vessel .
  3. Add the wheat flour into the Spinach paste along with some salt.
  4. Mix the Wheat flour, Spinach paste and salt together and make a dough, adding required quantity of water.
  5. Wheat flour, Spinach paste dough.
  6. Make small balls with the dough.
  7. Roll the dough balls as shown in the picture.
  8. Boil the oil in a Kadai (Cheena chatti).
  9. Fry the rolls in the oil.
  10. Spinach, wheat flour poori is ready. It can be served with chutney, pickle or some other side dish.

  12. It will also be a tasty and nutritional food for children if it is given to them with fruit jam or honey.
