Instructions
  1. For preparing Palakkadan Mulaku Varutha Puli, first put the tamarind in a glass of water to get the juice.
  2. Chop the onions and chillies finely.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds.
  5. Add curry leaves, chopped onion and green chillies.
  6. Add salt.
  7. Once the onion turns golden color, add the tamarind juice and allow it to boil.
  8. :- You should taste it n see....if needed add more water. This Mulaku Varutha Puli curry goes well with kadala choondal or potato upperi.
