Instructions
  1. For preparing pan grilled fish, first marinate the fish with chopped garlic, fish sauce, green chillies, cayenne, pepper and salt.
  2. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour olive oil in pan and place the fish in it.
  4. Grill the fish in low flame.
  5. Decorate with parsley.
  6. Pan grilled fish is ready.
