Ingredients

Prawns
: 200 gm
Onion
: 1 no (cubes)
Capsicum
: 1 no (cubes)
Ginger
garlic
paste : 1 tsp
Chilli powder
: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder
: ½ tsp
Lime juice : 1 tsp
Cumin powder
: 2 tsp
Salt
: as reqd
Butter : as reqd
Instructions
De-vein the
prawns
and clean well.2) Marinate the
prawns
with
turmeric
, chilli, cumin,
salt
, lime juice and
ginger
-
garlic
paste.3) Keep it refrigerated for 30 minutes. 4) Cut the onions and
capsicum
into cubes. Mix with
prawns
before grilling.
In a skewer arrange the
capsicum
,
onion
,
prawns
and continue in same.
In a iron tawa, heat butter. Arrange the skewers and lightly brush butter on
prawns
.
Close it with a lid for 1 minute and grill it open.8) Turn all sides in between. 9) When done, place it in a serving plate. Serve hot with mayonnaise.
