Instructions
  1. For preparing panakam, dissolve the jaggery in water and strain it.
  2. Add all the other ingredients: dry ginger power, black pepper powder, cardamom powder, and salt into jaggery water.
  3. Keep in fridge till chilled.
  4. Panakam, a tradition tamil drink recipe is ready.
