Maida flour mixed with egg, milk, other ingredients and made into a batter and finally fried as pancakes. Easy to prepare & excellent tea time snack for kids.

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, sift together maida flour, baking powder, salt and powdered sugar.
  2. Make a well in the center and pour in milk, egg and melted butter. Mix until smooth into a fine batter.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan.
  4. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. 5)Fry both sides to a golden brown color and serve hot.
  5. Note: 1)Can be served with maple syrup or honey.
