Instructions
  1. For preparing paneer and mushroom stir fry, heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add the onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
  3. Add coriander, chilly powder, pepper and cumin powder.
  4. Add paneer and mushroom to it and fry again.
  5. Add little water and cook the paneer and mushroom.
  6. When done and it becomes semi dry masala, sprinkle chaat masala.
  7. Remove from flame.
