Paneer Butter Masala
Paneer Butter Masala is one of the most popular paneer recipes in Indian cuisine. Paneer Butter Masala is an easy, quick and a delicious dish loved by all.

Tomato

Ginger

garlic
paste
1/4
tsp
Turmeric powder
1/2
tsp
Kashmiri
chilli powder
1/ 2
tsp
Coriander powder
1/2
tsp
Pepper powder
1/4
tsp
Garam masala
powder
1
tbsp
Cashew paste
2
tbsp
Fresh
cream
3
tbsp
Butter
1
cup
Water
Salt
to taste
Coriander leaves
Instructions
Boil the paneer cubes just for a minute,drain it and keep it aside.
Cook the
onion
,
tomato
and grind it into a thin paste separately.
Heat butter in a fry pan, add the
onion
paste and saute it well.
Add all the above mentioned powders, saute it again. Then add
tomato
puree , mix well until the
oil
separates.
Add the cooked paneer cubes and stir well.
Add
water
and
salt
. Stir, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Add cashew paste , fresh
cream
and coriander leaves. Stir well but don't boil.
Delicious Paneer Butter Masala is ready. Serve hot with chapathi, naan or roti.
