Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the green chutney ingredients.
  2. In a mixer grind it by adding water.
  3. Keep it aside in a cup.
  4. To this add the paneer cubes and let it soak for 10 minutes
  5. For the batter grind the chilly, coriander, mint leaves, garlic, ginger.
  6. Mix all the dry ingredients.
  7. Enter Step
  8. To this add the grounded mixture.
  9. Cut the capsicum into thin cubes, place the green chutney mixture over it.
  10. Place the paneer over it and apply some more green chutney and close it with other capsicum piece.
  11. Dip this in the batter.

  13. Deep fry in oil.
  14. Serve hot with sauce.
