Instructions
  1. For preparing paneer chicken stew, marinate chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Keep aside for 45 minutes.
  2. Coat chicken with flour and deep fry it in oil.
  3. Add carrot and 1 tbsp flour and mix well.
  4. Add milk, salt and bring to boil.
  5. Add the fried chicken pieces and paneer cubes.
  6. When done, remove from flame and serve hot. Garnish with coriander leaves.
