Instructions
  1. For preparing paneer - green peas kuruma, cook kuskus, onions, cardamom, green chilly, ginger, chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder in 2 cups of water. Let it cool.
  2. Grind this mixture in mixy to get a paste.
  3. Cook the green peas, paneer and this paste with 3/4 cups of coconut milk and salt for 10 min in low flame.
  4. Add the coriander leaves to it and remove it from the flame.
  5. Paneer-green peas kuruma is ready. Serve hot.
