Instructions
  1. slice the onion and chop the tomato, ginger, garlic, paneer, mushroom and cabbage
  2. prepare dough from wheat flour, salt and water
  3. take small ball and roll it
  4. heat the tawa and cook it by applying ghee both the side
  5. heat the ghee in a pan and temper the ginger and garlic
  6. add onion and saute it for 2 mins
  7. add tomato and mix well
  8. add cabbage and mix it
  9. now add salt, red chili powder, garam masala and mix it
  10. add mushroom and paneer, mix well and allow to cook for 3 mins
  11. once it get cooked add grated cheese and mix it
  12. now keep the masala in the chappati and roll it
  13. paneer mushrrom frankie is ready
