Paneer Mushroom Mirchi is one of the punjabi cuisine. the flavour, color and texture of this recipe really goes well with chapati, roti and naan. It is healthy and tasty side dish too.

Instructions
  1. chop the mushoom and paneer
  2. chop the onion, garlic and tomato
  3. in a pan fry the black pepper seed without oil
  4. make a powder the black pepper seed
  5. in a bowl add paneer, mushroom, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and squeeze the lemon and mix well
  6. marinate for 10 minutes
  7. in a kadai heat the ghee and temper the clove and cinnamon
  8. add onion and garlic and saute it for 5 mins until the onion turn into golden brown
  9. add tomato and mix well and allow to cook until the tomato get mix well with onion
  10. add coriander masala and mix well
  11. add one or two glass of water and allow to cook for 5 mins
  12. add the marinated mushroom and paneer and mix well
  13. add black pepper and salt for gravy and mix well
  14. allow to cook until the gravy become thick and get mix well with mushroom and paneer
  15. garnish with coriander and red chili. now paneer mushroom mirchi is ready to serve. serve with chapati, roti
