  • Paneer - 1/2 cup
  • Onion(chopped) - 1
  • Salt(as taste) -
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Green chili - 1
  • Ginger Garlic crushed - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. In a pan, deep fry paneer and keep aside
  2. In a pan, add oil and temper green chili and ginger garlic
  3. Now add onion and saute well
  4. Now add mushroom and cook till it become soft
  5. Add salt and pepper and paneer. mix well and turn off
  6. Now add boiled rice and mix well
  7. Now its ready to serve Paneer Mushroom Rice.
