Instructions
  1. First boil the paalak. Drain the water from the paalak.
  2. Grind the paalak, tomatoes, chilly powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and a little butter after paalak has been mixed well.
  3. Fry the paneer a little and to this add the palak mix.
  4. Add salt to taste and butter.
  5. After the whole thing comes to boil, add a piece of butter on the top.
