For preparing paneer paratha, prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour, little ghee, required salt and some warm water. Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes.
For preparing paneer stuffing, mix together grated paneer, onion, green chilly paste and chopped coriander with your hand.
Divide the entire dough into medium sized balls.
Flatten each ball with your palm and fill the inside with a spoonful of paneer mixture and close it tightly.
Roll out the ball on a floured surface to a big round.
Heat a tava and roast the paneer paratha by applying some ghee on both sides.
7)Paneer paratha, a yummy North Indian dish, is ready. Serve hot with raitha and other side dishes.
