Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Pasta 100 gm
  • 2 cups Water
  • 100 g Paneer chopped or grated
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 1 no Carrot chopped
  • 3 nos Beans chopped
  • 1 no Potato chopped in small pieces, medium size
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 5 nos Garlic pods
  • 3 nos Green chilly chopped into tiny pieces
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a kadai,pour 2 cups of water and boil it well.
  • Add pasta and 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook it well.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Heat 3 table spoons of refined sunflower or vegetable oil in the kadai.
  • Put garlic, onions, green chillies and vegetables without tomato, paneer, pepper, salt and fry it well.
  • Add tomato and soya sauce, stir it well.
  • Add the cooked pasta and mix it well.
  • :- Serve hot!!!
  • Note:- If required,add 1 teaspoon of butter and mix well before serving.
