Paneer
chopped or grated

Tomato

Carrot

Beans
chopped

Potato
chopped in small pieces, medium size

Onion
5
nos
Garlic
pods
3
nos
Green chilly
chopped into tiny pieces
1 1/2
tsp
Pepper
2
tbsp
Tomato
sauce
1
tsp
Soya sauce
Instructions
In a kadai,pour 2 cups of
water
and boil it well.
Add pasta and 1/2 teaspoon
salt
and cook it well.
Keep it aside.
Heat 3 table spoons of refined sunflower or vegetable
oil
in the kadai.
Put
garlic
, onions,
green chillies
and vegetables without
tomato
, paneer, pepper,
salt
and fry it well.
Add
tomato
and soya sauce, stir it well.
Add the cooked pasta and mix it well.
:- Serve hot!!!
Note:- If required,add 1 teaspoon of butter and mix well before serving.
